                        About Us

We are Wayne County’s newest privately owned and family oriented storage facility! We are
"a little bit country" located in a spacious country setting at 3547 US HWY 13 North,
Goldsboro NC 27534. Our facility is well lighted, fenced and  has extremely wide gate
entry,  lanes and drives and unmatched moveability anywhere.

We have various  sized units ( 5fW-10ft.L to 10ft.W - 30ft.L), Climate Control, Covered Boat
and  RV Storage and "open fenced storage".  Our larger units(10x20 and 10x30) are dual
entry and all units are controlled by your gate code and key with access  7 days a week, 365
days a year from 6:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.

Our rents are pro-rated at move in with an Administrative  fee of $10.00 - No Security
Deposit.

OFFICE  HOURS:  Mon – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Management Staff is available and look forward to assisting you with your storage needs.l
